Master 2 CAWEB Project manager
During the second year at Master CAWEB, I was in charge of managing a group of 17 people participating on a Master CAWEB’s website project. I was responsible for different teams such as a development team, content team, SEO team, graphic team and community management team.
In order to ensure interactivity between the whole team, we decided to deploy an agile approach and use a sprint system. Since we had had a lesson about this type of method before, I decided to follow the project evolution on the Trello website which uses a platform based on boards approach with different lists where you can put interactive cards representing each task.
My task was to ensure an effective group operation. The chief concern was to prioritize the projects targets and do my best to facilitate the group's work efforts. I think I could improve upon my sense of leadership in such a way that it doesn't portray a superior demeanor to the other team members . My intention was to stay in a good relationship with every group member.

- planning creation with tasks to do during the university year
- tasks’ attribution
- Gantt’s diagram creation
- integration of the tasks in Google calendar
- organisation and moderation of group meetings
- moderation of cards on Trello website
